Terms & Legal Notice
Website: https://digitalmedicine.vn | Last updated: 14 October 2026
These Terms & Legal Notice govern access to and use of https://digitalmedicine.vn (the Website). By using the Website, you agree to comply with the applicable terms below, subject to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. Website operator and legal status
Digital Medicine Vietnam (DMVN) is a professional initiative developed and operated by VietnamWellcare Company Limited (Công ty TNHH VietnamWellcare), a Vietnamese limited liability company. DMVN is not a separate legal entity. Operator: VietnamWellcare Company Limited; enterprise/tax identification number: 0313478588; business address: 68 Nguyen Hue, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Contact: info@digitalmedicine.vn.
DMVN is an independent professional initiative, not a government department, regulatory authority, healthcare provider, accreditation organization, certification body or authorized conformity-assessment body. References to public agencies, standards organizations and professional associations do not change this status.
2. Information and professional responsibility
The Website presents articles, research summaries, professional perspectives, frameworks and resources for education and general information. Content may be revised as research, technology, clinical practice, standards and law develop. Although reasonable care is taken, we do not warrant that every item is complete, error-free, current or suitable for a particular decision or jurisdiction.
Nothing on the Website creates a clinician-patient relationship, legal adviser-client relationship or a regulated professional service relationship. Users must obtain appropriate clinical, legal, regulatory, technical or other specialist advice where needed, and must apply their own governance, assessment and approval processes before making consequential decisions.
3. Healthcare AI, patient safety and regulatory limits
Discussion of a healthcare AI system, medical device, vendor, implementation strategy or regulatory classification does not establish that the system is clinically validated, legally marketable, safe, effective, certified or suitable for deployment. Any organization considering use of such technology is responsible for its intended-use assessment, patient-safety controls, privacy and cybersecurity compliance, professional oversight and monitoring.
The DMVN SGIMS Framework is an evolving implementation methodology created for practical organizational use. It is not a statutory standard, product certification, regulatory approval, accreditation award or guarantee of compliance or outcomes. Participation in a DMVN discussion, assessment, pilot, training or project does not in itself confer endorsement, certification, accreditation or regulatory authorization.
4. Copyright, trademarks and permitted use
Unless otherwise indicated, original text, visual material, resources and methodologies made available through the Website are protected by applicable intellectual property law and belong to VietnamWellcare and/or the relevant rights holders. The names Digital Medicine Vietnam, DMVN and the DMVN SGIMS Framework, together with associated visual identifiers, may not be used to imply an authorized relationship or endorsement without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Visitors may read, share links to public pages and quote reasonable short excerpts with clear attribution, subject to applicable law. Publicly accessible resources may be downloaded for lawful personal or internal professional reference, unless a resource states a different license. Republishing substantial content, selling or distributing DMVN toolkits, using DMVN material in paid courses, presenting modified materials as official DMVN resources, or exploiting DMVN content to develop competing commercial publications requires prior written permission unless expressly permitted by law or a separate license.
Individual publications, datasets, images, software or downloadable toolkits may carry additional terms or third-party licenses. Those specific terms take precedence for the relevant item to the extent permitted by law. No license to proprietary methodologies, logos or trademarks is implied by access to the Website.
5. Acceptable use and information you send
You agree not to interfere with the Website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, unlawfully collect personal information, impersonate DMVN, or use the Website in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law. Routine linking and lawful indexing are permitted; systematic extraction or automated reuse that infringes rights or disrupts the service is not.
Please do not send patient-identifiable information, protected clinical records, confidential business material or information that you do not have authority to share through general inquiry channels. If protected information is necessary for a proposed engagement, the parties should first agree on suitable confidentiality, data protection and security arrangements. Sending an unsolicited proposal does not create an obligation to accept, finance, publish or treat it as a confidential engagement absent a relevant agreement, without prejudice to applicable privacy duties.
6. Collaborations and commercial arrangements
The Website may describe potential advisory, research, educational or implementation collaborations. Requests, exploratory meetings, email exchanges and descriptions of opportunities do not, by themselves, constitute a binding partnership, an offer capable of immediate acceptance or a commitment to provide services. Where work is agreed, the parties should enter into an appropriate separate written agreement with the responsible legal entity, covering scope, responsibilities, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and other necessary safeguards.
7. External links, references and affiliations
External links and references are provided for convenience and context. Their inclusion does not mean that DMVN or VietnamWellcare controls, verifies or endorses all third-party content, products or services. Professional affiliations, institutional roles and memberships mentioned in a contributor’s biography do not imply that the institutions concerned sponsor, approve or endorse DMVN unless expressly stated with authorization.
8. Website availability, disclaimers and liability
We may update, suspend, remove or correct Website material, subject to applicable obligations. To the extent permitted by law, the Website and freely available materials are supplied on an “as available” basis without promises of uninterrupted access or particular results. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for clinical, legal, compliance, investment, procurement or operational decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VietnamWellcare is not responsible for losses arising solely from an unauthorized or inappropriate reliance on general Website content or from third-party services outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, consumer rights or data protection rights where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or other non-excludable obligations.
9. Applicable law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Viet Nam, without prejudice to mandatory protections or rules that may apply in another jurisdiction. The parties should first seek to resolve a website-related concern in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to a court or competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may update these Terms when our Website, operating arrangements or applicable requirements change. The revised version will display its update date. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
